Bella's Beads cloche-style hats have a beaded roll brim followed by plain knitting, then a beaded band emphasized in purl stitches.
Two versions for the crown are given - one with beaded purl circles (shown in blue), and the other with beaded garter spokes (shown in cream).
In the beaded areas, a supplemental beading yarn or thread is knitted along with the main yarn, to carry the beads.
