We hope you love your purchases, but if you're not happy, just let us know.

Yarn and many other items can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Needles, hooks, patterns, magazines, books, and videos are NOT returnable.

All returned items must be clean, unused, in original labels, and yarn must not be wound into balls.

We do not refund original shipping and return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
